Request a Quotation

To provide you with an accurate quotation we need the following information :

• Parts list / Bill of Materials (ideally in Excel™) showing manufacturer's part numbers, quantity used and component reference designators.
• Quantity and delivery timescale required (e.g. 3, 5, 10 days or Standard).
• Gerber Data for the PCB (247X Preferred).
• Assembly Drawings and details of any special requirements.
• Compliance: will be build be RoHS compliant (lead free) or exempt.
• Use no-clean (our standard process option) or water washable flux chemistry.
• Procurement requirements - Full Free Issue, Partial Free Issue or Full Procurement.
• Any special assembly standard required - We build normally to IPC-A-610D Class 3 (Highest Classification).
• Functional test requirements and availability of test procedures / equipment.
• Last date for the submission of quotation.
• Contact details for technical and commercial enquiries relating to the quotation.
