At Norcott EMS we are capable of assembling a wide variety of components onto PCB substrates. Our equipment is highly flexible and can place devices from 0402 chip components through to 44mm2 BGAs. We also have experience with Chip Scale and LLC packages along with u-BGAs and ultra fine QFPs.

Generally any combination of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole (PTH) components can be accommodated. The options below are increasingly more complex in terms of the number of processes and cost of assembly.

>   Double Sided SMT + PTH
>   Double Sided SMT + Double Sided PTH

For legacy designs we are able to manufacture PTH only assemblies.
