During volume manufacture we are constantly looking to optimise costs and eliminate defects. We work closely with our customers design department to ensure that knowledge gained is carried forward to future projects. Any production issues are carefully reviewed and corrective actions for either design or production processes are implemented.

The impending implementation of the RoHS directive has made component obsolescence a significant management issue. During volume manufacture our procurement team track any pending obsolescence issues and will work with your designers to identify and implement suitable replacements. This also ensures that obsolete components are not carried forward into new designs.
